film processing error - first roll
damn.., due to a long period of inactivitiy in developing films a momentous faux pas happened
while processing the first roll of negative film ... what happened ?
the
cap of the developing tank suddenly leaped up at the first rotation
(note to me : never ever forget to push in the pressure compensating
membrane !) So some light came upon the undeveloped film and a portion
of developer leaked from the tank. the remaining amount was insufficient
for a proper development of the film and the entered light caused an
overexposure in the fringe of the negative roll.
By
means of digital post-processing of the scanned negatives i was
partially able to fix this a bit, but the negatives are pretty much
ruined for printing with the enlarger. shit happens :/
but nevertheless i do like these shots, here they are :
